Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a full refund when you cancel at least 7 business days before the session start date. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days, but substitutions are accepted.
1. Cancellation by Registrant
More than 7 business days before the session
Full refund to the original payment method. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Within 7 business days of the session
No refund. You may substitute another attendee at no charge (see Section 3) or receive a credit toward a future session (at AISync's discretion).
No-shows
Registrants who do not attend and did not cancel will not receive a refund.
2. Cancellation by AISync
If AISync cancels or significantly reschedules a session, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date or another session at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
3. Substitutions
You may substitute another attendee in your place at any time before the session start date. To arrange a substitution, email us at hello@aisync.ca with the original registration details and the substitute attendee's name and email.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@aisync.ca with your registration details and the reason for cancellation. We will respond within one business day.
5. Corporate Training
Refund and cancellation terms for corporate training engagements are outlined in the individual service agreement. If no agreement specifies otherwise, the terms above apply.
6. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by individual statements of work and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
